The second volume of the Asian journey takes us to Indonesia – a journey to Sulawesi Island with the 3,400-metre high Central Massif Rantekombola; to Bali the westernmost of the Lesser Sunda Islands where countless terraces laid as irrigation fields for rice cultivation characterise the landscape; to the largest living lizards, the monitor lizards that still live in the wild only on Komodo; to Arguni Island onto which tourists stray only rarely; and to the typical villages of the Biak Islands with their houses built on stilts.
